Thanksgiving in a Bag: Thanksgiving Dinner Opportunity in Delaware, Ohio


First Presbyterian Church in Delaware, Ohio is once again opening its doors to the community with a heartwarming initiative. On Sunday, November 24, from 5:00-5:30 p.m., the church will be hosting its annual "Thanksgiving in a Bag" giveaway. This event aims to ensure that everyone in the community can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal, regardless of their circumstances.


Each bag contains all the essentials for a festive feast including a turkey, stuffing, potatoes, green bean casserole, corn, cranberry sauce, and pie. These thoughtfully prepared meal kits are perfect for families and individuals who want to celebrate the holiday with a delicious and complete dinner.


The church's dedication to spreading joy and warmth during the holiday season is evident through this generous initiative. Community members are encouraged to stop by and pick up a bag, ensuring that no one misses out on the cherished tradition of a Thanksgiving meal.
